Ok I downloaded some maternity clothes, but I have no idea how to get my sims wearing them. I cant buy them or anything. What do I do?

You'll need Squinge's mod for Pregnancy Wear Any Clothes. Then you can plan the maternity clothes as everyday wear, and they will wear them when pregnant rather than changing into the default maternity wear.
