I was wondering how or what I would need to start making my own custom content for my game!! Thanks!!

Well I think it pretty much depends on what you're trying to do. For recolors/retextures, you'll just need body shop and some kind of painting program (I have photoshop cs2). For meshing you'll need a 3d program like milkshape. But most importantly, you'll need a vivid imagination, because that's the hardest part imo, at least. There are some wonderful tutorials here, and at MTS2 under create. They tell you what you'll need for doing each of the little projects. Oh, and you'll probably need simpe, though I don't use it much.
