I liked the skirt and I am glad you like them also. The store is somewhere in Hollywood. I have had those images for a long time. I sometimes will search for ideas in clothing photos to make clothing in real life. Before TS2. I sometimes go to the thrift store and look for stuff to cut up to make something new. This looked so easy to make so I kept the photos.

Oh lol Cheesy
I did a similar one on the bottom only alpha skirt.
The original skirt design comes from a jeans pants.
They made a skirt out of a jeans pants, thats why you end up with those seams.
Heres my resource Smiley

And here my photoshopped skirt Smiley

Your too funny BlooM!

I got a few more photos of torn skirts like that BlooM. So that mesh will come in handy.
