I am sharing with you the home that Patrick McCoy lovingly built for his wife Maurene Hatfield. He carried every stone from the local quarry and cut timber from the forest to build her the perfect home in the Blue Ridge Mountains.
The lot has a pond and enclosed garden. Maurene loves her home and has planted many flowers, a rose garden with fountain and fruit trees. The lot is Garden Club friendly.
The basement is a game room with swimming pool. Located on the main floor are the Master retreat and bath, the guest bath, rustic eat in kitchen and great room. The loft has a bath and two bedrroms.
