modifying a gardening or nanny?

hey.... i was just wondering if someone could possibly point me in the way of an tut, so i could modify my gardener/maid/and nanny.... thats if it could be done.. or if any one has made and posted any up??? i went to DMA sims2 and got there package,, but before i use them.  I wanted to try doing it myself, as i wanted to use warlokk skins (OOOHHHHHH  YYYEAHHHHH- I BELIEVE A 36DDENH WOULD MAKE A GREAT MAID..WINK WINK..)))

You could use it for a start
