I will have to build all from scratch..

This one is exceptional.  I've never downloaded a neighborhood before, though I've looked.  The close placement of lots and dramatic yet unified landscape make for a different "feel" in each house/lot.  If I hadn't sold Sim City 4 to buy art supplies, I'd like to think I'd have made something like this!!!
