Exquisite! Is this REALLY your first sim?  My goodness!  Unbelievable.  I'm glad I can finally see her--earlier today the photos wouldn't load for me for some reason.  I love Fantasia and I love your sim of her. Wish I were brave enough to try the custom body meshes.  I've had so much instability in the game and other programs since getting a pc with Vista I'll wait awhile before trying anything too unfamiliar to me.  Maybe I'll content myself with setting one of your screenshots as my background awhile...if Vista lets me do that.  Still learning this danged thing!

@ Summersong. Thanks so much. And the problems you are having with Vista is why I have decided no way. I mean XP is finally working right  ( for the most part) and I don't want to mess with that. I will say this tho, it looks pretty

Vista is nice in many respects but it automatically renders all of my older versions of programs obsolete and unable to fully perform all of their functions.  I don't have the money to spare to upgrade my programs.  Even at a discount since I already own Ulead PhotoImpact (my image editor of choice), anupgrade would cost me $49.  $49 when you have a child to provide for is no small chunk of change, especially not with today's gas prices.  I was shocked that my husband even found it in the budget to get me the new pc for my birthday.

I will try to find some way to get XP running on my new machine.  I hope that won't be a huge headache.

I would NEVER willingly upgrade to Vista just for the sake of upgrading.  It means you have to upgrade just about every program you own.

I hate to hear that, a new PC and still  more headaches. I bought mine just when Vista came out. It's a XP/ Media Center Compaq with 1 G of Ram, 250 G HDD, DVD Burner with 9in1 card reader and AMD 64 3.8 GHZ processor. I got it, the monitor, printer and blank DVD's for $529.00 at Best Buy. Later on when I was looking to upgrade graphics card,  Oh yeah it's NVidia ( crisp and sharp until the BSOD) and the Geek Squad tech was shocked at the price he said that he couldn't believe that it was so cheap. I think it was because the were making room for the Vista PC's when I said that he told me that a lot of people were returning Vista PC's , what you just told me would make me bring one back.
