Anywho, I didn't use any Custom Content here (partially because my computer can't handle it) and I have all the EPs as well as Celebration Stuff and Family Fun Stuff, so I would think to download it, you would need them also. Oh, and I had to do this building on a Residential Lot...so if you want to run it as a business, it would probably be a home business.
