Hello wafa241182, as alexasrosa said, there is something wrong with her head/hair(?). I have the same problem. There is no hair shown in Body Shop(with other sims it's working fine).
Any ideas, how to fix it? oh please... Smiley

(I installed her with clean installer.)

In Bodyshop she will not open correctly, try to open her in game CAS it will work.

I downloaded this Sim on Dec 21 2014.
It appears the proper hair is as follows :PeggyDonatehair0039_070609
It is the hair in the first picture and the one she was packed with.
I hope this helps others after me.
