This is Malta.  I usually don't play fantasy Sims much, but I decided I better put the beautiful Enayla skin I had downloaded to good use.  Also, the hair is not included, but if you want it I got it at rosesims2.

Malta is a supermodel from who-knows-where.  She is a Gemini who likes blonde hair and full face makeup, and dislikes facial hair.  I think she is absolutely beautiful as far as aliens go, and I hope you agree!

Lipstick: Bruno
