Micro-Botox is community lot. This plastic surgery clinic offers free plastic surgery, isn’t that great. Your Sim does not need university education, or money.
No hacks, no Sims, no Custom Content

Drive-by food poisoning!! Well, I suppose that's pretty much what happens every time you eat something out of a window anymore (especially if it's got a "Mc" in front of it).
But drive-by botulinum toxin poisoning would be awesome, they'd never know what hit em until they got a real bad headache and dropped dead a half hour later...
