This is the second house of a set of houses I've been working on based on real houses in Lavenham, Suffolk. This one is also based on a photo my mother took.

It's called Ivy Cottage because the walls were meant to be covered in ivy, it wasn't until I went to put some against the walls that I realised the ivy type plants come with a later EP d'oh

Its on a small lot, and has 2 bathrooms, a lounge room (with a fireplace), a double bedroom on the second floor, a kitchen and dining room and a small hallway.

The garden is only partially done, and there is access to more garden area out the back. A pond or crops might go nicely there.

Probably best suited to a young or elderly sim couple.

Comments appreciated Smiley
