Lavenham Starter **base game compatible, no CC**

This is the third in a set of houses based on houses in Lavenham, Suffolk. This one is a small starter house on a 1x1 lot.

It has a small garden with flower beds to the front of the house. Downstairs there is one room, with kitchen, dining and living areas. There is also a toilet under the stairs in a tiny room. Upstairs is a bathroom and a nicely sized double bedroom.

Best for a young or old couple, or a single sim. The stairs could also be changed for ladder stairs, like marvines or targas, for a bit more space.

I live about a half hour away from Lavenham and I love to go look round the village at all the beautiful houses/architecture there. Cute house- well done!
