You find yourself at your hardware store buying home planning books to build new homes for your sim families.

. . . I just bought one for that very reason two days ago. GAH!

When your Deviant Art account stops being updated for long periods of time because of your love for sim picture taking...

Also, when your computer attempts to automatically start the game as soon as it boots up... don't know what I did, but the DVD drive was closed the whole time.  This laptop is possessed!

*making exaggerated facial expressions when talking to someone...

I totally do that! I always go around, looking at clothes going 'my self sim would like that' or 'that would look good on Covenant...'
And also now, when two gay guys get married (for example on will and grace, will got married to some guy called vince) I was sitting there thinking, why do they have to adopt? Can't he just get pregnant himself?
Hacks are a wonderful thing, but they're beginning to warp my sense of reality!

... which in the end I don't mind Cheesy The sims are a lot interesting xDD

Hmmm?, wanting to enable de-bug (ie. Route tracing) mode when the Trainee Engineer takes well over half an hour to make the chuffing coffee in the morning!... Wink

And talking fluent 'Simlish' after a night down the pub!. Cheesy

You've got the song "Smile" stuck in your head, but only in simlish.

When you create long, elaborate storylines of your sims in your head when you know it could never happen in-game. I've been guilty of this one too many times. :snorting:

When you talk to your friends and wonder how they'd look as a sim.

If something bad happens or doesn't go your way in the game, it gets you down for a good 30 min.

When you forget that TS2 is just a game. I think we've all been through this! LOL

^ I beg to differ

When you wish the things happening to your self sim (love, lots of money, etc.) would happen to you Sad

When you start dreaming of meeting your sims IRL

When you wish that money trees really exist - I've been there more times than I care to remember!

When you wish that during the Autumn you didn't need to attend Uni so much

When you wish Uni was as easy IRL as it is in the Sims! *headdesk*

When you long for a maxmotives cheat to help you get that assignment done

Yes, I'm suffering from Uni burn-out right now... ¬_¬

LOL I am guilty of almost all of these, but the number one thing that I have been guilty of,  is a couple of years ago when my daughter was born I started talking to her in simlish...(baby talk sounds like that anyway) funny thing is I can't stop. My husband thinks I'm a few sandwiches short of a picnic. Smiley

When you find yourself typing the Motherlode cheat into Quicken.

When you see an ugly piece of clothing and think, 'I could recolor that!'

When your out shopping for clothes or furniture, someone calls you and asks what your doing, and you say "I'm downloding from a paysite."
