I'm currently obsessed with Harry Potter and thought I'd try a hand at making the Dursley's house. Because Maxis doesn't do L-shaped stairs (or modular), I had to make the house three stories instead of one, but it still looks normal. Comes with a car and  a place underneath the stairs that can fit at least one single bed. Anyways, its aprox. 75,000 simoleans unfurnished and 117,000 with furniture. Custom content includes door recolors by fizzbin, brick wall exterior by  kittyispretty69 and tall OpenMe windows by windkeeper, all came from MTS2. Before I forget, I used the blue print for the basis of the house, which can be found here http://www.hp-lexicon.org/atlas/britain/atlas-b-privet.html
Do what you like to it, just don't upload it somewhere and claim it as your own or upload it to a paysite.

Enjoy!!!!

Note: And I made this with all EPs , so if you want everything on the lot, make sure you have all the EPs too.
Edit: I'm trying to make a cheaper version right now. Not so easy.
Update: Made it!
