Lot Size: 2 x 2
Lot Price: 28,181.00

When I placed the empty 2x2 lot in bluewater and entered, I found out that the complete lot had a heavy slope down. The question was, flatten the ground or try to build it into the slope. Here is what came out.

The house comes with the trees but to give you a better look, I´ve done a picture before I placed the trees:



and here are the other views of the 3-story-house.









It has a entrance upstairs,



a bathroom, kitchen, living- and dinning room downstairs with 2 balcony (1 covered - the other open)



and the basement with another bathroom and bedroom.

Hi tabbypoo, this house was built in the Bluewater Neighbourhood from Maxis. It´s not on the side with the large beach front - it´s the other side with just a small street. That´s why it is close to the water :toothy10:
