no eyebrows and only one eyecolor

two days ago i realized my sims didnt have eyebrows and only had one eye color. i thought it was the defaults so i deleted them. no change.
My second guess was that some download i had was causing this - but deleting absolutely everything from the game didnt help either.
I just uninstalled and installed seasons, have zero downloads but my sims still only have brown eyes nomatter what color i choose and no eyebrows and im getting a bit desperate:S

Any ideas?? sorry if it was a bit long.

My suggestion is uninstalling all the games, restarting the computer, and reinstalling them.
