please help quick.please

everything on my game runs now but i cant move my sims. they are froze in place and their want bars are empty. how can i solve this problem.
i can build houses and make a family but the sims will not move at all.
please if anybody can help me solve thids problem i have not been able to play my game for days

Do they move if you tell them to?  If they do that, but no autonomous actions, you may have free will turned off.  Go to Options (F5), Game Options, and enable Free Will.

free will is turned on but no moving at all . and their wants and fears bars are blank.

Are these sims you made in CAS or townies you made selectable?

With no wants or fears, just standing around not fulfilling needs (you do have need fulfilling objects I assume), it sounds like some bugged sims or lot.  You could try enabling testing cheats (CTRL-Shift-c, boolprop testingcheatsenabled true), then shift clicking on the sims and selecting Force Error.  Maybe do so on the objects on the lot also.  If nothing starts happening, kill the sims, bulldoze the lot, and try again.

You could also try resetting the sims by opening the cheat box and typing moveobjects on, then going into buy mode to delete them. After that, save and exit to the neighborhood, then go back into the household. Your sims should be waiting for you by the mailbox.

now i can get  them to more. but their wants and fears are still black. they register nothing. i even reloaded my game and it still happens. can anyone help me

yes i have a few. but they have been installed for at least a year.

Open your clean installer and check all your hacks they are highlighted in red.If you find a phone line hack remove it or disable it.I bet it is a phone line hack.I had that problem.Some times it comes with a house you down loaded.Then when you go back in the game delete your phones and then replace them.That should work.Come back and let us know how that works out for you.Good luck and hope this helps.

still not working. i tried removing hacks i can build houses fine and all of the rest of the game woks but my sims wants and fears are blank. the sim will work for a minute when i tell it what to do but that is all.i dont know what i did wrong.

Blank wants and fears was a bug back in one of the earlier eps...is your game patched?
