Lot Size: 3x3. Little but yet the necessary
Ground floor: living, kitchen, baby-room, bed-room and bath
High Plant: main bedroom and bath.
Completely furnished
The beach is a swimming pool (Remembers always to leave the beach by the ladders)
Price: $51.236
To read, important:
I have seen a problem that gave the lot in some cases, I have corrected it and returned to download. The problem was a subject of the mailbox, by its positioning. I have erased the previous file and downloads the new one, that the only change that it has is posision of the mailbox. If somebody has problems him request that returns to downloads the house. it Pardon everybody.
(The windows in this picture are original in the house, but they are of TSR -free- and they don`t are in the house, but if you want downloads they are of sims2sister inside TSR)
