Problem with townies and the error Message

Hello, I am experiencing a little issue with my townie sims. Ok, first, I have my own sim, and I want to get him/her to socialize with a townie. The very first thing that happens when you try that, is an error message pops up immediately following the click of the townie. I don't know why this seems to just happen with townies, or why it happens at all. If someone has the answer to this, that would be great. I tried to search through hacks and all. No hacks are a problem.

When you say hacks are no problem, did you try to remove your download folder and check if the problem still happen?
