Well this is my second upload Smiley. So those of you that know I have all expansion packs not sure if that will make a difference on your game when you download this lot.

I will continue to add elements to this home with some more trees and shrubs. There is plenty of room to add a pool or a pond which ever you want. I like to use a lot of custom add ons. Just feel free to do what you want to this home. All of my homes can be modified anyway you choose.

(unfurnished)
Lot size 4x4
$44,593
2 to 3 Bedrooms (if you use the front room that is suppose to be a living room for a bedroom instead)
1 Bathroom
This house was based on this house but I did my own thing with it too:

About three days of making then trashing the house and starting over again. Sometimes a house comes easy and other times you have what I call a brain fart and cannot think about what you want your house to turn out like. Now tomorrow I will add the furniture and stuff and move my Sims family in. I hope you enjoy it. I enjoyed making it. I really liked the roofing around the octagonal area of the house.
