I started to create this house as a villa but instead I ended up with this. And I quite liked it. It is a semi country style house with two bedrooms and one bathroom on the second floor. The first floor is for the kitchen, dining and living/lounge room. Each floor has it's own tiny patio. The garden is lightly decorated with a few plants. This house is unfurnished and undecorated except for the garden.

The rest is maxis content. Free to upload with your neighbourhood if you wish just get permission from HolySimoly. But to free sites only.

Thanks everyone for the nice comments. The furnished version is going to take a little longer than I thought. I am currently working on a park, one modern house, a Pink/girlie type house, a bloke's house and one other house aswell. All at the same time.
