This a fully furnished version of Budget House 3. When I built Budget House Three I felt I should upload it fully furnished as I had better ideas with the house. Of course the price is over 20,000. It is $60,130. There is a spa on the third level patio and a barbecue one the second floor patio. On the ground floor there is a pool and pool chairs. The house is also decorated. There some custom content which is included.
