Robert Gordan my sim has wanted to marry his sweetheart Darlene Donnovan for years.  Robert has only managed to save $20,000.  He looked at real estate for 3 months, before he found Garden Grove Cottage. He took Darlene to see the cottage and proposed on the spot.  He and Darlene will be going to yard sales to furnish the cottage.

The snapshot of the front shows an area to the left front that is bark only.  This is to show where the invisible driveway is.  The bark can be easily removed (I do not find it estheticaly pleasing at all but needed to show location of the driveway).

I played a duplicate lot (this one is new and clean), corrected a couple of problems before uploading.

You will need to go to the link for Phoenix_ Phaerie and download at a minimum the cmgeorgianwindow1.  The Georgian Palladian window used in the front of the home is slave to that window.  I have the whole set because I use it regularly and could not do without it.

I have used Macarossi's plants to decorate the property.  I cannot say enough about her.  She has the most wonderful plants and build items.

Numenor's Wooden stairs recolourable are a staple in my game.

I have all EP's and Stuff Packs installed.  My understanding is not perfect but since I made curbside parking using nightlife you would have to have all of the EP's also.

Garden Grove
2X3 Lot
$15.755.00
1 Bedroom, 1 Bath
Basement (to expand household)
Pond

I have left the kitchen and bath furnished all other rooms are unfurnished.  The pictures were taken with the furniture I made specifically for the home but will be uploaded in separate post.

I have patched my games but still cannot get any of my recolors to attach.  I have included in the rar the following recolors (which can be discarded if you like),   clgwhitesuperlative sink, clgwhitemanorhousemirrorframe, clgcheapcounterbase, clguprightcolomnwhite(mispelled column),  clgstormproofhatchinteriorwhite (the interior part of the front and back doors), clgstormproofhatchgreen (the exterior of the front and back doors), clginvisibledriveway, clggardenroomcountertop(kitchen counter top), clggardenroomcounter(kitchen cabinet), clgfragrancerdoorwhite(interiordoor), clgcheapwhitecountertop, clgcheaptoiletseat, clgcheaptoiletbase, clgcheapstovewhite

Thank you!  Very nice!  I don't download many houses because I like to build my own; yours has so much charm, I can't not download.  Thanks for the links and information on other creators.  The Phoenix_Phaerie stuff will be very useful!  Thanks again!
