Ok so did you tried it while the business was opened or closed or both?

I would close the business.  Pick-up the phone invite that sim over and try then.

i think i'm having this same problem. i can't move the other person in after they're engaged to my sim and i can't have a quickie marriage. i have to buy an arch and make them click on it.
