Cute First Timer

Hi again. No, I haven’t forgot my love for starter houses. I have the this endearing  little house for sale. It’s great for that first time buyer or a family just starting out. Although it is small it has an entry area, kitchen, dining room, living area. Master bedroom and bath on the first floor. 3 bedrooms and a bath on the upper floor. The house also has an attached garage and lovely swimming pool in the back yard. The owner who lived here before got a promotion to some exotic location. So the whole family moved. The house is in supreme shape and completely unfurnished.
