Up until yesterday, my game worked fine. Now, everytime I try to load Seasons and Bodyshop my computer freezes up. Can anyone help with this problem?

Did you download something recently.

If so, try removing those files, load up the game again and if it works without them then something in those downloads are the problem.

Did you already try the "standard routine" - delete groups.cache and cigen.package from the My Documents folder?

Is your computer alright, like are all cooling fans working to prevent overheating or is there a suspicious process eating too much system resources running (check that in Task Manager)?

Are your drivers up to date? That could be this issue.

Autoupdate doesn't always install the latest drivers for your video card. You'd have to go to your video card manufacturer's site to check for that.

Eventhough you had been playing with the cc stuff for the last 2 weeks, I suggest you move your downloads folder and see if the computer freeze without any downloads.

If not, there is something in there making it freeze.

You probably should have opened a new thread concerning your problem, but did you already try to reinstall DirectX?

Besides, what driver version did you Geek Squad install? NVidia drivers have provided a pool of problems in the past, until the most recent beta drivers were released.

Last but not least, take the whole machine to Best Buy and ask them to fix it if they screwed up before. Dunno about American warranty law, but you paid for the service, so you may expect it to work.
