The Hyde Park

2X3 Lot
$107,759.00
3 Bedroom
3 1/2 bath(I always try to put a 1/2 bath located where the neighbors can use it so they don't cry but still be able to lock them out of the home)
Basement with Pool
Curbside Parking
Fruit Trees
Enclosed Garden
Pond

I have all EP's and Stuff packs and not limited the furnishing to any particular EP or Pack.

The doors I used are from Phoenix_Phaerie's Georgian build collection.  To have them show up you will need to download at a minimum the cmgeorgianentrydoor.

Tampa, Florida has a section called Hyde Park.  Many of the homes are bungalow's built in the 1920's and 1930's.  I modeled this home after the bungalow's there except I added a basement which we do not have because of the water level.  I did not try to make this a cheap home.  I wanted to make it a garden club pleaser.  I played a duplciate home before uploading, the garden club loved it.  I do admit to having twojeff's hack perfectgardens and squinge's hack nomorepuddles to keep the plants happy and the animals from making puddles on the lot(these are not included) because I love to put plants in odd places that frustrate the gardner and the sims without perfectgarden and I dislike having to have my sims clean up doggie puddles **yuch**.

The lot was a real challenge.  I wanted the Garden room attached to the back porch so my sims could eat breakfast on the porch and view the garden.  I kept having trouble with the roof of the Garden Room falling into the room after I put it on.  I finally resolved the problem but still don't quite know why it was happening.

The main floor is furnished and decorated.  I did not decorate the basement which I use as a recreation room.

She also has an Early American Colonial Style Fireplace that would look wonderful in this home (I did not use it because you would need to download it with textfile as well as Numenor's scriptorium).
