Scalad's and Scampy 1's House 4

This house was built on the smallest maxis lot. But comes with a nice price: $66,245. It is a two story house, comes with three bedrooms and one bathroom. Plus a kitchen and lounge room. There is also a small wood greenhouse with a few plots waiting for your sim to plant some crops. The garden comes with a bbq and is  decorated with beautiful plants from: Parsimonious http://www.parsimonious.org/

This house is allowed to be included in your neighborhood if it is on a free site only. But seek permission/or read the custom object creator's policy first.

Thanks! To the people who downloaded the house I have an usual question to ask. Was there a toilet included and was it blue with a plaid markings? You may have to zoom in on the toilet, same as the bath. The reason I ask this is when I used cleaninstaller I deleted all unwanted content. I extracted the house back into my game even though it wasn't in the house lot queue. But the blue plaid toilet was still there. I just want to know if the blue plaid toilet and bathtub is there then I can give credit to the proper artist. The recolour was listed in cleaninstaller but I deleted it and it still showed in the house when extracted to my game. Thanks in advance.

Thank you! I do have another house  on that size lot plus a bigger on(that one has taken me nearly three weeks so far.coming but I just got Bon Voyage yesterday. So I am exploring that one at the moment plus I have Decided to do a clean up. Anything that I can't put in my houses for upload I will get rid with the exception of a few I items.
