yupp I got the patch.
the only thing I can think of is something I had installed between the 2 months I didnt play is somehow conflicting. I dont really wana go uninstalling things though haha

I have not been able to play on my game since installing BV at the beginning of the summer. I have been desperately trying to find any info for months. I am on a Mac so most of the stuff on this thread probably won't be of any use to me but I just thought that I would let you all know that no matter what kind of sim hell EA/XIS puts you through, it's a thousand times less than the mind numbing horror of trying to play this shit on a Mac.
There is NO patch available for BV for Mac. Eaxis seem to be saying that if the game has problems it is Apple's security that is at fault !!

I just installed Bon Voyage.
I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or if this had been mentioned before, but when my I use my phone or computer to go on a vacation the only option is 'book vacation'. There is no 'vacation home' option. So I choose book vacation and when I choose my destination and everything, the shuttle comes, picks the sim up, drives away, and a few seconds later a taxi drives up from behind it and drops them back off. There is no going on the vacation. They go, they come back, and I stay at the house.
Am I doing something wrong or is this a glitch?
