as to the problem richdre is having, it wouldn't conflict with any other hacks would it?

I pulled all of my mods except that one and they are still building like mad. Good idea though.

Edit update

I reinstalled BV and still can't get it to work. It could be my system. I only have two EP's installed, Nightlife and Bon Voyage. I solved my problem by building a fence around the beach area and locking the gate. Now I control when they go to the beach and things are back to normal. Thanks for your effort and all of the great things you do for the Sim community.

thanks for this but its not working for me mine still go nuts building them.
Maxis spends to much time making sims do stupid stuff like this instead of fixing errors, like the tour-gudie spawn grrr

Bless you Kathy!  This is the one thing about BV that drives me nuts.   Even if it's fall and pouring rain my Sims were constantly going outside to build sand castles. Blech!  Thanks so much for dong this one so quickly!

Yea! This is so going in my game. I have a hit and miss success with the first one. I think it's all related to how obsessive the Sim really is! Pooh!
