full screen help

Does anyone know how to play your sims in a smaller screen. where you have the bar at the top with options to minimize, maximize and exit. i found this before but lost the instructions, is anyone aware of how to do this. with it you are able to go onto the internet, msn, facebook, and do everything, it just wont take up the full screen

Open up the properties for the icon to start you game.  Change the Target by adding -w at the end.  

If you want to start in a specific resolution, also add -rHxV with H being the horizontal value you want and V being the vertical value, e.g. 1280x1024, or 1280x768
