Hats not showing up

I recolored some of the Maxis baseball hats yesterday. I recolored all 4 hair colors for teen thru elderly, both male and female. The files are in my saved sims folder, but when I am setting a uniform for an employee in game, the hats aren't showing up. Anyone know what I can do? Thank you!

After you recoloured everything, did you make sure to import the files into your game?

Yes I did. They show up in Bodyshop and CAS, but when I go to my business lot and try to set the uniform for my employees, the hats are not there.
