It kinda breaks the mood..the green border around lots (beach lots especially)
Does anyone know of a fix for this? Except of course using a desert terrain.. I prefer lush...

After seeing your screenie, I went to look at my ocean lots and don't see a grassy edge on them. Did you try the sand terrain paint?  Is this a custom neighborhood?  Before I start putting on a terrain on the ocean lots, I start with a base of the maxis sand, then add others to get the effects I want.  From what I see, you do have a sandy terrain you placed the lot on. Hmmm, I don't see why you have a grassy edge.

It varies from lot to lot based on surrounding terrain I think.  I've got some like that and some not.

I use the beach rocks (neighborhood decoration) to hide the edges.
