How come that hairstyles changes??
Some sims have one hairstyle when wearing daily clothes and then when I choose another kind of clothing the hair change, so some sims have long hair in the daytime and short at nighttime. It is not all hairstyles but many.

Yes, but if I want my sim to have a ponytail with casual wear she suddently has another one when formal wear etc.

Yeah, it's a Seasons thing.  Next time you're in the mirror, see the side bar in the hair section.  you can change it so that she's wearing the same hair all the time or change it to wear different styles with every clothing type.

Hm, yeah, this sounds like the feature that comes whit Seasons.
Send your Sim to the Mirror to change appearance, and at the hairstyles, you can see a row of clothing icons. Click the very first so the others get disabled. There you go Smiley

Edit: Here's a pic:

You can see the icons on the very right, here they are imaged as inactive.
If you don't want your sims' hairstyles to be changed, make sure your icons look like this.
