FFS and GLS Not Counting as Installed?

Well, OK, I hadn't installed Bon Voyage, but for soem reason, when my dad cleaned out some crapware from my computer, Glamour Life Stuff and Family Fun Stuff diappeared from my sims game. and when I look on my computer it still says they are installed (GAH!!!! :blob6:)!
I am so annoyed because alot of my buildings had FFS and GLS objects, can someone help.
Yes I have all the files that can be found in Program Files/EA Games/

it's the BV launcher that's faulty.

It fixed it for seasons, but GLS and FFS are
still
not working!
