A small but functional mountain vacation home for your outdoors sims. Has been tested for two different sims that purchased this vacation home. Works well in Twikkii Island with a different paint on the outdoors.

Lot: 2X2
Cost: 76000
Stats: 2 beds, 2 baths, open plan livingroom, kitchen and dining. Beautiful spiral stair case (made by the wonderful Marvine!!)  to the second floor, landscaped and furnished with Maxis and litely CC'ed.

Note:Suggest you have a hack for your plants, the way they are placed, cannot give care for them. Or replace them with plastic plants if you have them.
