bodyshop items not showing in game

i recently deleted my download folder cos i had aload of stuff i no longer wanted and it was easier than going through everything one by one
Anyway i redownloaded the stuff i want but when i go in game and click on the mirror to change appearance none of the cc is showing hair make up ect and when i use the coat rack to get new clothes none of the cc ones are showing. I dont understand why as all the cc in the buy catalogue and all custom lots are showing up
can anyone help

Did you spell Downloads with a capital "D"?

ive got it working now i uninstalled bon voyage then reinstalled and all my downloads are showing now.I dunno what caused it just hope it doesnt happen again
