Uncontrolled sims on vacation

I wonder if this is a bug or not. I've noticed that every time I go on vacation, the other sims on the lot would not go swimming.  Anyone else noticed the same thing?

No ... I mean, I saw NPCs in the swimming pool during a (very short) stay at a hotel and they behaved as usual ...

If you don't ask them to do so, the don't swim at the beaches. Don't know why- there are so many other important things to do- dancing in the rain, although the station is inside the house, for example. Because someone started this dance three days ago. I've a home buisiness where they are dancing since one week now, with changing personal. They don't eat. They don't talk. They are dancing. Someone's going home, another one enters the lot, he pays, then he starts dancing. Well, noone complains anymore, it's not so bad at all.
