I am rebuilding my beach sub-neighborhood, it has a Florida appeal and weather, but I noticed that I didn't have a proper beach starter home. I thought it was cute and wanted to share it.

Cost: 19,949 simoleons, sim is only left with 51 simoleons, so you may want to sell something if your sim needs more money. LOL! Hey cut down the little useless room on the top.
2beds, 1.5 baths, open plan livingroom, kitchen, dining area. Marvine's circular stairs to the second floor, light and breezy paint inside and out. (as you see, I love white) Comes with all items needed to get skills for a job. Landscaped and furnished with some custom content. On street parking.
