A little lot I built for a knowledge sims couple, with 1 child and 1 toddler. Also I wanted to use a different color for lots that are placed by the ocean. I like coral. Not recommended for Bluewater District, the basement will flood. I used Patul's San Tropez neighborhood @ http://www.modthesims2.com.

Cost: about 75,000 simoleons
2beds (can added another in the basement if the family grows), 2.5 baths, livingroom and study area, eat-in kitchen, utility room, attached garage for one car, pond, landscaped and fully furnished.

I use all EP's up to Bon Voyage and my have used Glamour Life and Holiday stuff pack items. This lot was cleaned by the Clean-Installer and no hacks.
