Missing Hair

Hey everybody...um I feel really quite dumb at the moment.  I seem to have lost some hair from my game.  

You know the Maxis short hair with the flower?  I'm not sure what happened but it's no longer in my game.  I also had a download without the flower and that's gone too!

I removed all the CC I have and it still didn't appear.  Can anyone give me any idea of what I did, please?

Is custom content enabled for your game? I have a different problem myself. Brandon Lillard got a trip through the Ug-No-More chair and now his hair is invisible. He looks bald unless you look at his icon. Even giving him a new style still doesn't make it appear. Very weird.
