This outfit requires BlooM's CPU multioutfit mesh. Thanks BlooM!

Ok, this outfit is the result of my daily habit of watching Charmed. It resembles an outfit worn by Phoebe Halliwell. Not a total match because I had no picture to go by, just my memory. Anyway, I really like how it came out.
