Lot Size: 3x5
Lot Price: 53,343.00

From the street side it´s just a very small house to live, but from the Seaside it comes up with 3 floors and lot of place to chill out.

- You enter the house on the 1st floor with place for a kitchen, dinning room and bathroom.
- Down the spiral stair you´ll reach the Gallery with Balcony
- and again down the spiral stair to the Basement and the Beach

I´ve not included any Plants or furniture, because I have so many that I don´t think I could find all the correct links to the pages I got them from. Also there  are not very much walls on the 3 floors; so you´ll have plenty of space for your own gardening, building and furnishing.

The pictures with Palm trees are showing the lot in my game. Have fun, Your

P.S. You need BV for this Lot because its one of the "special" beach lot

I'm having a problem with your two beach houses -- they won't place on the beach.  They'll place as normal lots, but won't go on the ocean side.  Am I doing something wrong, or am I misunderstanding that they're supposed to be ocean front?

Hi jsalemi, I´m sure you have the BonVoyage on your PC, right. What I did was downloading the "Sand Simolean Point" from Phaenoh at modthesim2. On this SC4 Terrain you can place many of the special "beach lots" from BV. I have not yet tried to use my houses on a "regular" SC4 Terrain.

Did you try to place the houses on the Twikkii-Island ? Somethimes also some Decos in the Neighborhood near the Beach are blocking the chance to place the lots there.

I had the same problem when I started to play BV. I wanted to built a new hotel and tried to place a beach lot at the seaside but couldn´t. After deleting some rocks and palm tree I could :-)

Meanwhile there are a lot of SC4-Terrains for the use of the "beach lots" from BV. They are really great and maybe you should give them a try.

Hope I could help you a little with your problem.

I'm using one of Sleepycat's new beach terrains, found here: http://www.insimenator.org/showthread.php?t=62545.  I don't have it as a vacation hood; I set it up as a 'suburb' of Pleasantview (shopping hood area), because I wanted to build a beach comm lot that my sims could go to without having to go on vacation. The beach comm lot works fine, and I was able to place empty beach lots all along the coast, so the terrain works fine for that.  But neither of these houses would place anywhere along the cost, and I tried pretty much everywhere.

ETA: Yes, I do have BV.

I´ll try Sleepycat´s new beach terrains in my game to see, if I can place the lots there, because I have no idea why it´s not working for you.

I tried placing them in Twikkii Island and they wouldn't place there, either.  But one small beach lot I got from MTS2 did place there fine, but wouldn't place on my Sleepycat beach hood at all.  So I'm thinking that beach lots are very touchy, and place or don't place depending on their size, the beach shape, and maybe the phase of the moon. Smiley

ETA: I did some checking around, and it does appear that sharing beach front lots will be a pain in the butt. The terrain the lot is placed on has to very closely match the terrain it was made on (i.e., slope), or it just won't work. Which explains why I could get one lot to place in one hood, a different one in a different hood, and neither of yours anywhere.

Oh well.
