How do I install custom neighborhoods? Do I put it in my Downloads folder like everything else?

Complete custom neighborhoods should come with instruction on how to install it.

Look for .txt file or go back on the site where you downloaded it for further info.

Ohh ok, I see what you mean now. Smiley  Thanks for the link.

These goes in the SC4terrains folder.  Put both the .sc4 and .png file in that folder.
