I wanted a terrain that didn't feel quite so huge but would still have plenty of room if needed. So I played around in SC4 and came up with this one. I made one section on slightly higher ground (road on the farthest right).

shown using mostly the largest beach lots.

more beach lots could fit, if you want them too

the little sandbars are for those of us that like to decorate our hoods

after you unzip it, there should be a folder with 3 files. (my other terrains have 2 files)

place all 3 files in

My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\SC4Terrains

then in-game, at the neighborhood chooser, create a new neighborhood. a list of terrains will come up, choose Sleepysandbarvalley (or another), give your new hood a name, select lush or desert or dirt etc... then click the button and the game will make the new hood.

This is great...thank you.  I have one beach lot where you can only fit a few houses...and I love it...but this allows quite a bit.  Good work.
