Okay... of course, [just like many others] my CC is gone. With the exception of the custom hair, clothes, etc. but as far as my objects, they are gone... and I've done everything to get it back. But oh well, I'm not uninstalling Bon Voyage, I'd just like to have the cars I had back in the game. So my question is this... does anyone have custom cars [preferably ones that are/look like the ones fresh_prince at MTS2] makes working in BV?

Have you deleted groups.cache?  What about showing CC in the catalog (Options/Game Options)?

Others have had problems with custom objects showing up at first and had to restart the game several times for them to appear.

Nope. I haven't deleted the groups.cache, I will try that now.

&& the CC in the catalog... it's gone, except the floors, walls and a FEW custom wall hangings. And I did the show CC, too...

I have loads of files that I wish were working... I have like 1600 .package files... I hate that they aren't working but I don't know what else to do to get them to work... but thanks for the groups.cache tip, hopefully that will work.

I will let you know if it fixes the problem.

Somestimes mods or objects arent compatible with newer ep's and by default the game resets the CC button. Of course you will only see things like custom walls and floors in the game. The following is tidius, annoying and will temporarily drive you insane...

1. Boot up the game, go in game options and TURN ON the custom content catalog dialog (the prompt that shows what CC may effect your game) and exit the game.

2. Start up the game again and then you will see the custom content dialog. Select Enable CC and then TURN OFF custom content dialog (so that this prompt will not show up again).

3. Try the game again, you shouldnt see any dialog but you should see cc objects. Also, make sure you have your meshes and things that are compatible and up to date upon new ep installations.

I tried that and it still didn't work. Thank you though.

I ended up uninstalling the game and starting over, completely, with my downloads, and everything is working fine now for some reason. Thank you again for trying to help.

Custom cars work like a charm in my game, even with BV.
