is there a way to upload sims in order to put them on a website without simpe? my computer wont let me download simpe, the internet window just closes everytime i try to to.

Yes, but there isn't a way to upload them from ingame without SimPE. It's possible, only if you made them in Bodyshop. If you want to upload ones you made in CAS, you need SimPE.
