Do you backup your "Downloads" file?  I periodicaly Backup my Downloads.  When I get a lot that causes me problems, I delete the lot, delete my "Downloads" file and replace it with my last backup.  This presupposes that your hardd drive is big enough to do this.

have you tried starting over with fresh neighbourhoods?  I hate recommending it, but with all your previous problems, it may be buggered neighbourhood files

I have moved every family to the bin and I have 1 problem with 1 family named Kimpe. I can`t move the family untill I go to their ground. I can`t go to their ground. Then I tried to delete the house and it told me that the family would go to the bin if so. I couldn`t delete the ground. My computer simply froze while it tried to so I had to ctrl+alt+delete and I don`t know how I can find Kimpes house in the downloadfolder:(

your family probably got deleted by you closing the program while it was saving or something.
