look I managed to get it right for bridges! well except for the bottom left bridge/road (if it bugs you, don't place a bridge there)

thanks, i tried to use the other one that was like a sandbar but some of my lots with a lower foundation found themselves underwater anywhere i put them on the sandbar ROFL, ill try one of these instead since i cant find my sim city 4 cds and theres no good maxis hoods for beaches.

basements & low terrain don't mix as far as I know.

I forget which one but one of my terrains has one area of land that is slightly higher, that one might work better for basements.
